We seek business to business, and industrial firms in:
- Manufacturing
- Service
- Value-added distribution
And also, healthcare companies in:
- Device or supplies manufacturing
- Institutional or personal service provider
- Distribution of supplies
Operating profitability between $1 million and $3 million
Moderate to significant differentiation in the product or service model
Low customer concentration or, in healthcare, low payment source concentration
Company balance sheet to support at least 50% debt levels in a transaction
Location: within 4 hours travel time by air or car from Cleveland, Ohio
We only pursue control investments, and we encourage significant management ownership
