Teton Capital Group, LLC, (TCG) is a “next stage” private equity group investing in selected, profitable lower-middle-market businesses. In a close collaborative partnership with operating management, TCG applies operating, strategic and financial knowledge to build long-term shareholder value. We can focus on the long-term best interests of the businesses in which we invest because we have neither term nor liquidity commitments with our investors.

The main source of our equity capital is seasoned and successful individuals. In addition, these business executives and professionals contribute both their operating experience and relationships in North America, Europe and Asia to build lasting value in lower-middle-market enterprises.

In each investment situation, TCG will align its investors, advisory personnel and other resources with the needs and requirements of your company. Our investment criteria and targeted industry sectors directly reflect the strategic and operating expertise of our group.

We will align the capital structure and expected holding period of our capital sources with the needs of the businesses in which we invest. Our equity commitments are augmented with institutional debt at levels driven by what we believe a business can comfortably support while realizing its maximum growth potential.
